Description
I'm third year student at Caleb University in Lago Nigeria pursuing a degree in architecture. In my academic journey, I've gained a deep understanding of architecture design principles, proficiency in drafting tools such as REVIT, AUTOCAD, and 3D MAX. What drives my passion for architecture and drafting is the unique blend of creativity and problem-solving it offers; the ability to transform abstract ideas into tangible functional spaces is truly fulfilling.
In terms of work experience, I've had the opportunity to contribute to several exciting projects such as working for INHAUS Design Architecture firm to create the MERCURY LOUNGE. I've also done some freelance work that has been very fulfilling. Additionally, these projects have given me a good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
These experiences have honed my skills and allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-work design challenges, enriching my architectural journey.
I've attached example of my work for the following projects i worked on:
- MERCURY LOUNGE LAGOS - INHAUS: I was assigned into a team to perform the role as a site architect. To create a classical lounge on the fourth floor of a high rise building.
- Masters Hostel: This was a project I worked on in my sophomore year (second year). I was told to create a hostel that can house more than 300 students with an ensuite room and well cross ventilated.
- Freelance projects:
- A 3-Bedroom duplex apartment with a modern look and concept. Which contains a pool and well designed aesthetics around the building for relaxation.
- A 3-Bedroom Duplex apartment which contains a gym, guesthouse, a car park and a nice terrace.
